We have provided this Privacy Policy as an explanation of the information we collect, how we use it, and how the use of this information can benefit your experience on an Effortless Vacation trip, on our Web site and throughout your relationship with us. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Effortless Vacations collects two types of information during your visits to our Site.
First, we collect non-personally identifiable information. When visitors come to our Site, we collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages of the Site were visited, the order in which they were visited and which links were “clicked.” Collecting such information involves logging the IP addresses, operating system and browser software used by each visitor to the Site. Although such information is not personally identifiable, it may be possible to determine from an IP address a visitor’s Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of the visitor’s point of connectivity.

Second, we collect personally identifiable information. In general, our Site uses a request for information form so that you can request information on products and services from us. These forms require that you provide us with personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number).
As a prospect or client we also collect information about your vacation habits (e.g. where you like to vacation, who you travel with, how often you travel, etc.) and preferences (e.g. airlines you like to fly, frequent flyer numbers, types of food you like to eat, etc.) so that we can better serve you on your vacation. As a client, we will collect billing information such as credit card numbers, billing addresses and expiration dates, etc. so that we can book your travel facilities and vacation activities as well as bill you for your Effortless Vacations services.
We attempt to identify when information is required and when it is optional. At any point, you are not required to provide information that you do not prefer to provide. However, your lack of information sharing may hinder our ability to provide services to you and respond to your requests.
All information collected via email, in person and over the telephone also adheres to the same rules as this Privacy Policy.
HOW WE USE COLLECTED INFORMATION
Information Use to Serve You and Fulfill Your Requests
If you request to learn more information about Effortless Vacations, we will use your personal information to provide you with sales and marketing communications and to address communications that you have initiated or authorized.
Your information will also be used to deliver any services requested by you per client contracts, client profiles and/or agreements.
Occasionally, you may receive information from Effortless Vacations about new or changes to services and offerings or about products and services provided by Effortless Vacations or selected third parties that we think would be of interest to you.
You will not receive information from us if you have notified us that you have a preference not to receive information from us or if it is prohibited by law. Information Sharing
For reasons stated in this Privacy Policy and to the extent permitted by law and regulations, we may share your personal information with the following types of entities:
- Third parties that perform on our behalf and that help us deliver our service and contractual obligations to you.
- Occasionally, third parties with whom we have marketing relationships (as long as we are not otherwise restricted from making such disclosures).
- In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, all of the customer information including both financial records and consumer information that we have collected may be transferred to the new company.
HOW INFORMATION IS STORED
Effortless Vacations seeks to use reasonable security measures to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personally identifiable information that is under our control. Unfortunately, no security system, or system of transmitting data over the Internet, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result of the foregoing, while we seek to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee the security of our servers, the means by which information is transmitted between your computer and the Effortless Vacations servers, or any information provided to us or to any third party through or in connection with the Site. You provide all such information at your own risk.
LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
Occasionally, Effortless Vacations will link to other Web sites. Effortless Vacations is not responsible for the Privacy Policies of other sites and encourages users of the Effortless Vacations Site to read the privacy policies of all sites they access from the Effortless Vacations Web site.

We may from time to time update this Policy. We will notify you of changes to the Policy by posting the updated Policy on this page. MINORS
The Effortless Vacations marketing (e.g. Web site, email communications, brochures, etc.) and services are not intended for or directed at individuals under eighteen years old (“Minors”) nor do we knowingly collect information from Minors.
